Rental Details
A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your date — 50% non-refundable rental deposit, plus a separate $100 refundable security deposit
Total due to book: package price + $100 (security deposit, refunded after your event pending no damages)
Remaining balance due 7 days before your event
Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup
Additional time available for $50/hour, based on availability
Outside vendors are welcome
Certain events or equipment may require proof of insurance
