What types of events can be hosted at Northside Legacy Center?

We welcome birthdays, showers, graduations, repasts, family gatherings, workshops, and intentional community events.

What is the capacity of the space?

Northside Legacy Center can comfortably seat up to 64 guests with tables and chairs included. Standing-style events and open-house style gatherings may accommodate more depending on the layout.

What is included with the rental?

Tables, chairs, kitchenette access, refrigerator use, ADA restroom access, and your reserved event time including setup and cleanup. Additional time is available for $50/hour, based on availability.

Can I bring my own food and decorations?

Yes. Outside food, catering, and personal decorations are welcome.

How does booking work?

Submit an inquiry form, confirm availability, complete the rental agreement, and pay the required deposit to secure your date — a 50% non-refundable rental deposit plus a $100 refundable security deposit. Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Is alcohol allowed?

No. Northside Legacy Center is an alcohol-free space.

What are your rental rates?

How much do I pay to book, and what's refundable?
A 50% non-refundable rental deposit plus a $100 refundable security deposit secures your date. Prefer to pay in full upfront? That works too. The $100 security deposit is refunded after your event, pending no damages.

Gathering — $55/hr (2-hr minimum = $110)
Due to book: $155 | Remaining balance: $55 | Total if paid in full: $210

Connection — $200 package
Due to book: $200 | Remaining balance: $100 | Total if paid in full: $300

Legacy — $350 package
Due to book: $275 | Remaining balance: $175 | Total if paid in full: $450

Can I tour the space before booking?

Absolutely. We’re happy to schedule a tour so you can see if the space fits your vision.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The space includes accessible entry and an ADA restroom.
